Finishing the stage will reward you with the following items:

Solution[edit | edit source]

Clue 1[edit | edit source]

Move to the Nefariox Lackey marked on the map of (Elite) Nefariox Necropolis 1F and interact if them.

Clue 2[edit | edit source]

Go to the marker in (Elite) Nefariox Necropolis 2F and talk to Choo Yakdong.

Clue 3[edit | edit source]

Now, you have to gather Nefariox weapons. These are obtainable by killing monsters around Blackfire Butcher Rakhan (red circle).

Clue 4[edit | edit source]

Talk to Choo Yakdong again.

Clue 5[edit | edit source]

Open his shop and buy a (Choo Yakdong)'s Junk Box. Open it and see if you receive the Underwater Cave Map. If not, rinse and repeat until you got the item. If you got it, use the map to advance.

Clue 6[edit | edit source]

Now get back to the Nefariox Lackey and jump down the cliff behind him. Before you do this, ensure that you are on elite difficulty! You will not die but land in the Underwater Cave.

After you've entered the cave, kill 100 Abyss Nefarioxen. Eventually, the Abyss Bull Fiend will appear and you have to fight and defeat them after a cutscene to complete the mystery stage.
